One day, repeated ten times

The ten daily tools.

Every day runs the same arc, from first light to last. Ten tools, in order, repeated until the new defaults are yours and not something you have to force.

  1. Dawn Morning Meditation The day opens in silence. No phones, no inputs. Time to train the skill underneath all the others: command of your own attention, before the world gets a vote.
  2. After sunrise Hot / Cold Contrast Therapy Sauna and ice, on repeat. Cold rewires your relationship with discomfort, heat flushes and resets the body. You win the hardest thing on the schedule before breakfast.
  3. Late morning Deep Work Session A long, protected block on your real work. No notifications, no drift, surrounded by ten people doing exactly the same thing at the same level.
  4. Midday Hijacking Stress Through Breath Guided breathwork that hands you the controls of your own nervous system. Learn to flip from wired to calm on command, and find energy you did not know you were sitting on.
  5. Early afternoon Body Awareness & Mobility Work Slow, deliberate movement to undo years of sitting and bracing. You learn to read your body and move well, so the hard training has something to stand on.
  6. Afternoon Intense Workout Session Hard training with coaches who do only this. The body leads and the mind follows. You finish each day stronger, carrying proof that you do difficult things now.
  7. Late afternoon Afternoon Mastermind Presentation Each day one person takes the floor. You lay out your work and your thinking, and ten sharp minds pull it apart and build it back better.
  8. Early evening Group Cooking (Real Food) We cook real food together. No seed oils, sugar, gluten, nothing from a packet. You learn to feed yourself properly, and the kitchen becomes the room where the group actually bonds.
  9. Night Fireside Tribe Storytelling Night falls and the group goes real around the fire. The stories traded here are what turn ten strangers into the circle that keeps pulling you up long after you leave.
  10. Before sleep Evening Wind-Down Protocol A deliberate close to the day. Low light, no screens, a routine that drops you into deep sleep, so you wake recovered and ready to do it again.

Woven through the ten days

  • Your Unique Rise Challenge One personal challenge, built for you alone, that you dread and then conquer. The single moment you carry home as undeniable proof of who you are becoming.
  • Habit Configuration Session Before you leave, we sit down and engineer the defaults you take home: the cues, the environment, the identity underneath. So the change holds long after you leave.
  • Magical Forest Walks A few times across the ten days the group is led out into the hills, somewhere you won’t find on a map. What happens there stays between the ten of you.
First & last day, chill Day one and the eleventh day are deliberately easy. Arrive, settle in, and decompress. The work begins and ends gently, by design.

Coaching, not treatment. This is a coaching and personal-development programme. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment, and nothing here is a diagnosis or a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor or licensed professional. Always consult one before changing how you sleep, eat, train, or manage your health.

Results vary. Any outcomes described reflect what is possible, not a promise. Your results depend on your own circumstances and the work you put in, and no specific result is guaranteed.

Payment and cancellation. Full pricing and terms are confirmed before you pay. EU consumers have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase; where you ask us to begin the service within that period, you acknowledge you may lose that right once it is fully performed. Physical activity and your health. Rise Camp includes physically demanding activities such as cold exposure, heat exposure, breathwork, mobility, and intense training. These carry inherent risks and are not suitable for everyone, including people with heart conditions, high blood pressure, pregnancy, respiratory conditions, or certain other medical conditions. All confirmed participants must complete a health questionnaire and sign a participant agreement, including an assumption-of-risk and liability waiver, before attending. Take part only after clearing it with your doctor, and never perform breathwork in or near water.

Food and allergies. Meals are provided to a set standard. Tell us about allergies, intolerances, and dietary needs in advance; we accommodate where we reasonably can but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Travel, insurance and cancellation. Travel, visas, and personal travel and medical insurance are your responsibility, and we strongly recommend comprehensive cover. Booking, deposit, cancellation, and refund terms (including what applies if the retreat is rescheduled or cancelled for reasons beyond our control) are set out in the participant agreement provided before payment.
