Habit Mastery
Retreat.

The intensive, rebuilt as a shared ascent.

A small group. A few days, fully immersed, off the grid. The same teardown and rebuild as the one-to-one week — this time alongside a handful of others doing exactly the work you are.

Something happens when you do this work in a room full of people who are equally serious. The standard rises. The excuses get quieter. You watch someone else break a pattern you thought was permanent, and suddenly yours looks breakable too.

The Retreat takes everything that makes the private intensive work — the diagnosis, the strip-back, the rebuilt defaults, the subconscious work — and runs it as a small cohort over a few immersive days away from your normal life. You arrive carrying the old version of you. You leave with a system, a group that knows exactly where you started, and no easy way back to who you were.

Who it’s for

For people who rise faster in the right room.

You don’t need another solo plan. You need a few days out of your normal life, in a room with people as ambitious and as honest as you are, doing the actual work of changing how they operate.

You want the depth of the intensive with the pull of a cohort — people who will see your patterns, hold the standard, and stay in your corner long after the days are over.

Step 01

A few days, off the grid, small group.

A handful of people, fully immersed, somewhere away from the noise of your normal life. No half-attention, no squeezing it between meetings. Just the work, the group, and the reset.

Step 02

The method, run as a cohort.

Diagnose, strip, rebuild, compound — the same engine as the private intensive, run together. Shared sessions for the universal work, private ones for what’s yours alone.

Step 03

Your own rebuilt system.

You leave with a custom regimen and operating document built for the person you actually are, not a generic retreat takeaway you forget by the weekend.

Step 04

A group that doesn’t disband.

The cohort stays connected after the days are done — the people who watched you start, holding the standard while the new defaults set.
