A mental chain is belief system or thought pattern that holds you back in life. We’re all living life with some chains. Some people are weighed down by more chains than others.
There is an unnumbered amount of chains in this world. My idea of writing Unchained was to summarize the most common ones into 365 frameworks and help people to unchain themselves and achieve a higher level of personal freedom.
The process of unchaining
The process of unchaining is a definitely not walk in the park, but once you see that each of these chains are the biggest delimiter that blocks you from living the life you want, you’ll get the motivation and will to break free.
It’s not about achieving perfection, and be free of all negative beliefs or thoughts, but to move in the right direction. The more chains you can get rid of, the lighter you’ll be, and the easier it will be to fly emotionally and mentally. It’s time to wake up. Unchain yourself.
Achieve personal freedom
The road to achieving personal freedom is all about untangling yourself from these beliefs and thoughts that keeps you stuck in an unwanted reality.
A reality that may have been looped around for so long (years or even decades) that you may have forgotten how it feels like to be free.
Reading instructions
The recommendation is to read one page per day only. Preferably first 5 minutes in the morning.
Go through that day with a set intention based on the chapter.
Keep the habit up for 365 days.
